Marco’s main areas of practice include commercial law, with particular focus on insurance law and intellectual property law, as well as real property law, providing legal advice both for general legal matters and for litigation proceedings.

During his career he has supplied his assistance to primary Italian and foreign multinational companies, operating in the areas of manufacturing and services.

He also provides assistance with regard to drafting of various agreements in which enterprises may be involved such as cooperation agreements, supply agreements and distribution agreements. His expertise extends from pre-litigation advice to representation before Italian courts in all fields of commercial and civil law.
