Giulia assists domestic and foreign clients in the context of mergers and acquisitions, in the management of corporate governance fulfillments, in the negotiation of commercial leases and business leases and, generally, of contracts relating to ordinary business activity, as well as in the context of participation to tenders, including public tenders.
