Luigi specializes in white collar crimes and investigation.

Since 2007 he has been offering judicial and extrajudicial assistance to companies and individuals for issues of corporate criminal law, environmental criminal law and workers’ health and safety, as well as tax criminal law, dealing also with cybercrime, medical liability and corporate liability pursuant to Law no. 231/2001.

From 2016 to 2024 he was a partner of the law firm Luca Santa Maria e Associati, where he had been working since 2007 and has held lectures in courses on administrative liability pursuant to Law no. 231/2001.

Since 2022, Luigi has been serving as Lecturer of the Giorgio Marinucci Postgraduate Course in Criminal Law at the University of Milan.

Luigi has also attended the advanced course for company lawyers at the Bocconi University of Milan.

He has worked as an editor on the Diritto Penale Contemporaneo law review, in which he has published various articles, mainly regarding corporate criminal liability.

Luigi collaborates with the firm as Of Counsel.
