Irene offers judicial and extrajudicial assistance to companies and individuals for issues of corporate criminal law, environmental criminal law and health and safety, also dealing with corporate liability pursuant to Law no. 231/2001 and compliance, criminal law on industrial and intellectual property, unauthorized property development crimes and defamation.

She is also a member of the Supervisory Board for leading Italian companies.

From 2017 to 2024 she was an associate and then a senior associate of the law firm Luca Santa Maria e Associati, where she had been working since 2012.

From October 2015 to March 2017 she attended an internship at the Prosecutor’s Office of Milan, dealing with criminal business law.

Irene is the author of many publications on criminal business law.

From October 2012 to October 2015 she was a member of the editorial staff of the Diritto Penale Contemporaneo law review. In the same period, she collaborated with Prof. Francesco Viganò at the University of Milan.

Irene collaborates with the firm as Of Counsel.
