Beatrice is a partner of the firm. Her main areas of practice include commercial law, providing assistance to Italian and foreign clients.

During her career, Beatrice has achieved a significant experience in Italian and international commercial contracts, franchising, agency and distribution and has assisted internationally known companies in establishing franchising networks, to which she provides now day-to-day advice. Beatrice also manages civil litigations both in court and out of court through arbitration.

She has worked on several acquisitions of companies, in different sectors, from the due diligence phase to the drawing up and negotiation of the contractual documents, up to closing of the transaction.

In addition, she has accrued specific skills in real estate, privacy and personal data protection issues.
