Giulia’s main areas of practice include corporate and commercial law.

Giulia assists domestic and foreign clients in the context of mergers and acquisitions, in the management of corporate governance fulfillments, in the negotiation of contracts relating to ordinary business activity, as well as in the context of participation to tenders, including public tenders.

Giulia has attended courses at the Maastricht University Faculty of Law, The Netherlands, and has served an apprenticeship at the law firm Füßer & Kollegen, Leipzig, Germany.
