Paola is a partner of the firm. Her main areas of practice include corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, as well as commercial contracts.

Paola assists domestic and foreign clients in the context of transactions for the purchase of companies and businesses, and investment transactions.

Paola assists clients also with respect to contracts recurring in the ordinary and extraordinary course of business, such as joint venture, distribution and agency agreements and work contracts; in the latter field, Paola assists clients also in the various phases of public and private tenders.

Paola has built up a strong experience in the media sector and in various industrial sectors such as pharmaceutical and chemical, assisting clients mainly within the frame of manufacturing, contract and joint venture agreements, as well as in the retail sector.

Paola has attended courses at the “Universidad Complutense” of Madrid, Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales.
